Join us for a dip, some movement, breathwork and a chat. No pressure, all welcome. And it's free of charge.
What to bring: Swim shorts or trunks, a towel (a dry robe is ideal), warm clothes to change into and something hot to drink. You don't need a wetsuit — many people dip without one.
We're always looking for chapter leads. If there isn't a group near you, we'd love to help you start one.

A towel or dry robe, your warm layers, and a flask of something hot is always appreciated. Most importantly — just bring yourself. Everything else is optional.
Aim to arrive 10 minutes before the listed time so you can meet the group, get your bearings and get changed at a relaxed pace. Sessions last 60–90 minutes typically.
