Brighton Seafront

Brighton offers some of the most accessible sea swimming in the South of England. The chapter meets on the shingle beach just east of the main pier, where the water is consistently clean and the views are spectacular.

April sea temperatures in Brighton typically sit between 9–11°C — cold enough to get the full benefits of cold water immersion. Sessions are brisk and social: dip in, warm up together, and start the Sunday with intention.
