Brighton offers some of the most accessible sea swimming in the South of England. The chapter meets on the shingle beach just east of the main pier, where the water is consistently clean and the views are spectacular.
April sea temperatures in Brighton typically sit between 9–11°C — cold enough to get the full benefits of cold water immersion. Sessions are brisk and social: dip in, warm up together, and start the Sunday with intention.

Hove Seafront between King Alfred Leisure Centre and Rockwater. Meet on the beach near the Fish Shack and the coloured kayaks.
Check the Met Office marine forecast before attending. We do not dip in rough surf or during storm warnings. The chapter lead makes the call on conditions on the day. Always dip with the group.
No booking required. Just turn up at Brighton Beach at 8am on any Sunday. Look for the group east of the pier.
