Weekly cold water immersion in natural locations — lakes, rivers, seas and reservoirs. Cold water exposure has well-documented benefits for mood, focus and resilience.
After the dip we warm up around the fire or in the sauna. This is where the real conversations happen — honest, unhurried and without agenda.
We walk, breathe and spend time outdoors together. Being in nature alongside other men has a grounding, restorative quality that's hard to put into words.

I came to my first session at a really low point. Didn't say much, just got in the water. Something about being freezing alongside other lads who were doing the same — it cracked something open. I've been going every Sunday since.
I was properly sceptical. Five minutes after my first dip, sat around a fire with seven blokes I'd never met, I got it. The cold water strips away all the usual nonsense and you're just real with each other.
The cold is the hook but the community is the thing. I've made proper mates here — the kind you don't usually make as an adult. It sounds simple but it genuinely changed things for me.
