At 7°C in April, this is proper cold water immersion. The Findhorn chapter is for men who want to experience the full force of Highland nature. Sessions are intense, invigorating and unforgettable. The community here is tight-knit and deeply committed.

The Findhorn can rise very rapidly after rain in the Cairngorms. Always check river levels before attending. We never dip when the river is in spate. The chapter lead monitors conditions closely. The water is cold — 7°C in spring. Take your time and listen to your body.
